Windows 8.1 Latest Updates

Hi Friends! Windows 8.1, a free update designed to address some of its users’ concerns and enable a faster pace of Windows releases, Microsoft tries to bridge the gap between old and new, between mouse and touchscreen. The new OS looks and feels mostly the same, but its many small tweaks make for a significant update  and hint at the future of Microsoft's vision for its own computing platform. Microsoft is completely invested in Windows 8, and it’s been busy over the last twelve months, but making Windows 8.1 into something easier and more familiar is no small task. Microsoft’s chance to usher in the touch-friendly.

Windows 8.1 PC you won't notice many differences from Windows 8. The boot process is still quick, Live Tiles still greet you after you sign in. However, as you start to navigate around, subtle improvements become apparent. First-time users will see tips for navigating between apps or around the OS after the initial demo during setup, in a similar way to how Windows 95 greeted new users. They're useful as initial hints, and a new dedicated Help + Tips application serves as the central point for anyone left confused by the new user interface.

Microsoft announced today that it was updating its Bing apps with new features for users of the developer preview of Windows Phone 8.1. iOS And IOS X Latest Features

iOS And IOS X Latest Features

Hi Friends! every day that one gets to witness dramatic change happening quietly at Apple, but that’s exactly what took place on Friday, as the company’s Swift teamlaunched its very own official blog.As you may recall, Swift is a new programming language that senior vice president Craig Federighi announced at this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference, which took place in San Francisco at the beginning of June. Designed to at least for now run alongside the venerable Objective-C, which harkens all the way back to the days of NexT and OS X 10.0, Swift is meant to modernize the way developers build their apps by adopting many paradigms that have been available in other languages for a long time.

Apple’s Developer Connection website has had a blog for many years, its contents are generally limited to fairly formal communications on everything from app review policies to the occasional scheduled downtime that affects the online tools used by programmers to publish their software to the various App Stores. Outside of WWDC and the occasional Techdebute.com , Apple’s relationship with developers has always been so, well, sterile that something as informal as a blog seems almost like a slightly offbeat prank. brings me to the second reason why the Swift blog is significant: It signals just how vested Apple is in its new language, and how much its management wants it to succeed.Even based on my brief exposure to the new technology, it’s clear that Apple has invested a considerable amount of time and resources on it particularly when you consider that it had to adapt thousands upon thousands of APIs for everything from graphics drawing to hardware communication so that they would work seamlessly with it.It’s clear, then, that Swift isn’t just an experiment, or a “hobby.” It’s the tool with which Apple wants to see tomorrow’s apps built, and the language that is going to get the most care and love going forward.

programming resources, however, are not going to be enough to give Swift the boost it needs to succeed. Unlike languages like Java, which is broadly used on everything from Android devices to large-scale financial systems, it is purpose-built to satisfy the very specific needs of Apple’s own platform. In order to thrive, Swift needs one thing above all: developer buy-in. That’s something that the company can only achieve by getting programmers as invested in its growth and evolution as possible. Personally, I wouldn’t be the least surprised if this blog were but the opening salvo in a barrage of new initiatives centered around getting developers acquainted with Apple’s plans for a future in which every app is built in Swift.

                                        swift primary
Regardless of the motivations behind it, this blog is great news. Apple’s attitude towards developers has improved by leaps and bounds since WWDC, and the fact that it continues to do so can only mean that the tools and resources available to programmers will continue to improve at a rapid pace a benefit that will ultimately trickle down to us users in the form of better and more innovative apps.

Top 5 Best Free Download Antivirus Software 2014

Hello My Dear Friends! web servers understands just how dangerous the web can be. In addition to security flaws like Heartbleed, viruses, spyware and phishing sites make it possible for hackers to expose crucial data. To ensure better protection, every PC owner needs effective, reliable antivirus software. Unfortunately, this can be expensive, especially given the cost of annual updates. However, there are plenty of free antivirus software solutions on the market, many of which are just as capable as their commercial cousins. So if you're tired of annual subscriptions, read on - we've picked out nine of the best free internet security tools to deliver great security at no cost.

1. AVAST ANTIVIRUS;

Avast Free Antivirus to realize why it's one of the most popular security tools around. The program is simple to install; a straightforward interface makes it easy to use; a quick first scan should identify any potential threats on your PC, and this all has minimal impact on your system performance.Test has found the program to be a good all-rounder, and it was one of AV-Comparative's "Products of 2012."Avast Free has some useful extras, too. A Software Updater alerts you to program updates you've missed, for instance, while its Browser Cleanup tool provides a simple way to remove unwanted add-ons from your browsers.Avast recently added a "Grime Fighter," which the company says supports 12 additional languages and offers an advanced console for more user control.

2. PANDA CLOUD ANTIVIRUS FREE:

Small and simple, Panda Cloud Antivirus is a lightweight tool which provides free real-time antivirus protection, and can be used alongside many other security tools without problems.
It's the free version of a commercial product, and so has a few missing features. The Pro edition helps to protect you at public wifi networks, for instance, while its "USB Vaccine" function reduces the risk of Malware infecting a USB drive.Panda recently released version 3.0, which includes a bevy of new features for Pro users. However, users of the free software will be able to access a new interface, the ability to schedule scans, and automatic USB vaccinations.core antivirus protection remains the same, though. And while that doesn't deliver the top detection rates, independent testing shows it's very capable, with the program winning certification in AV-Test's latest report.

3. ZONE ALARM FREE ANTIVIRUS + FIREWALL:

ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus + Firewall, notably that its antivirus database is only updated daily (hourly updates are reserved for the commercial version), which leaves you more exposed to the very latest threats,The program does provide plenty of functionality, though, with a capable, AV-Test-certified antivirus engine, an easy-to-use firewall and some browsing protection. keep things simple. Open the Preferences dialog, say, and you'll find only 10 buttons and settings
The database update means it wouldn't be our first choice, but if you're a fan of ZoneAlarm, or just want a firewall and antivirus tool from the same company, this could be a good choice.

5. BITDEFENDER ANTIVIRUS FREE EDITION:

Bitdefender's antivirus engine is one of the best around, and a favourite of the independent testing labs, so getting a free version sounds very appealing indeed. program is ultra-compact, downloading and installing in less than a minute on our test PC (although it does demand removal of any incompatible products first). A very basic interface then provides effective on-demand and automatic scanning, real-time antivirus and antiphishing protection. very few manual controls here: no settings, no options, no scan types, no scheduling, nothing at all, perhaps an issue if you like to fine tune your security. But if you prefer simplicity then Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition is an excellent choice.

Apple iWatch Release Date New

Apple iWatch Release Date New

Hell Friends! Apple iWatch could get an early fall launch date, a new report indicates it likely won't enter the market until November.According to KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has been a reliable source for predicting Apple product plans in the past, the iWatch is believed to debutlater than expected, due to complications related to both the new hardware and
software.smartwatch is finally breaking out into the mainstream with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Gearand Sony Smartwatch 2 following where Kickstarter phenomenon Pebble led.But we're yet to see a watch with true wow-factor and, for that, many are looking to Apple.Rumors of an Apple smartwatch have abounded since Pebble first hit the big time. The so-called iWatch failed to materialize in 2013 but will we see Apple get in on the wrist-worn game in 2014

pushed back our estimated time of iWatch mass production from late-September to mid-/ late-November. We also lower our forecast of iWatch 2014 shipments by 40% to 3 million units,” said Kuo, according to AppleInsider Kuo told Apple Insider that the iWatch is presenting new difficulties for Apple, and consequently, believes production and distribution for the smartwatch will be deeper into the fall, like November The device is expected to come with a flexible AMOLED display with sapphire cover glass, marking the first time the company has integrated that type of display into a consumer product. Complications related to "operation circuitry" (and shrinking it down to smartwatch size), as well as making it a fully waterproof device and redesigning iOS to fit on a smaller screen, are big indicators that we might not see the iWatch for another few months.

Apple co-founder and renegade loud-mouth Steve Wozniak "let slip" to the Telegraph that "Apple's future could lie in an 'iWatch'." And, in April 2013, an Apple board member mentioned the word "watch", while Apple CEO Tim Cook told attendees at All Things D that "the wrist is interesting" in May thus kindling thousands of iWatch rumors across the web.

The WSJ seems "confident" that the iWatch is real because it's been talking to "people briefed on the effort," while a couple of analysts have stuck their oars in too, basically saying "Yup, an Apple Watch. That sounds feasible. I'm going to say yes, that exists.

LG G3 Leaked Features

LG G3 Leaked Features

Hi Friends ! Newly Updates From LG G 3 Mobile it Has pretty impressive to see LG scale back just about everything in its custom user interface for the LG G3 and focus on features that the user would interact with more frequently. The simplicity and attention to detail LG brought to its new flagship smartphone make it one of the best offerings this year. One of features that LG was clearly proud of when it announced the G3 was the new Smart Keyboard, and its latest update makes it even smarter. The update focuses on five new features. All of the emoji fanatics out there can overuse them even more with this update. When typing specific words, the keyboard will search for the appropriate emoticon, if one is available, and suggest it to the user. So, if you type in the word "love" in, the heart emoji will be suggested.

Features in the update might seem a little less wow-ing in practice, due to the fact that they have been present in a few other keyboards. One is Next Word Suggestion, which, unsurprisingly, suggests the next word that you might be likely to type. It's definitely nice to see but hardly anything new.

                                     lgsmartkeyboard

A few other features in the update might seem a little less wow-ing in practice, due to the fact that they have been present in a few other keyboards. One is Next Word Suggestion, which, unsurprisingly, suggests the next word that you might be likely to type. It's definitely nice to see but hardly anything new. Like the Google Keyboard, the LG Smart Keyboard now provides a real-time word suggestion when your use the Swype-like feature. The suggestions will automatically adjust as you move your finger along the letters.
features found in the LG Smart Keyboard update are pretty interesting. The keyboard now offers application-based word suggestion. For example, if you tend to start emails with "Dear," that word will likely be suggested the next time you start writing an email. If you use "Hi," when you write your texts, you can expect to see that word more often when you start a new text.Possibly the most interesting new feature is Bilingual Word Suggestion. The keyboard will recognize when the user is typing in a different language and automatically switch to that language, alleviating the need for the user to manually change the language settings. While this isn't a feature that everyone is going to use, it's nice to have.

App Store Now Available On Samsung Galaxy Devices

App Store Now Available On Samsung Galaxy Devices

Hello My Dear Friends! Samsung Electronics has updated and rebranded its app store, in an apparent bid to cut into Google’s revenue from its Play store for apps running on Android devices. The new Samsung Galaxy Apps store has “hundreds of apps” exclusively available to users of Samsung Galaxy mobile devices, the company said Friday in a blog post. The redesigned app store will offer higher customization of mobile devices and a variety of promotions and discounts to users of Samsung Galaxy mobile devices, it added. The earlier store was called Samsung Apps. revamped app store has a redesigned user interface to display apps in three categories: Best Picks, Top, and For Galaxy. Best Picks lets users find recommended apps and promotions, while Top displays the most popular apps which can be viewed by their popularity, date, and price.

Galaxy category is in turn divided into four sections. A Galaxy Gifts section lists premium apps exclusively for Galaxy devices, while a Galaxy Essentials section features “must-have apps” for Galaxy devices, the company said. third For Galaxy section, called Apps for Professionals, is described as “the home of business focused apps and other services that fully utilize the features of Galaxy devices.” A Galaxy Specials section will let users download apps created by using Samsung SDKs (software development kits), the company said.Samsung is the dominant vendor of smartphones and tablets based on Google’s Android operating system. It led all Android vendors in 2013 with a 39.5 percent share of smartphone shipments for the year, according to IDC. Google recently announced that its upcoming generation of Android, dubbed “L”, will feature Samsung’s Knox security software.

South Korean company has also tried to keep some distance from the Internet giant, including by using the rival Tizen operating system in devices such as the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smartwatches and the Samsung Z smartphone, with a TV running the OS planned for next year.It is not clear at this point whether Samsung aims to promote a Galaxy ecosystem including apps separately from one around the Tizen products.Samsung and Google could not be immediately reached for comment.Samsung Galaxy Apps will eventually be available to more than 130 million users in 161 countries. The company forecast earlier this week that second quarter sales and operating profit would be lower than in the same quarter last year, blaming competition in China and Europe and an overall slowdown in growth in the smartphone market.

Mac OS X Yosemite Latest Features

Mac OS X Yosemite Latest Features

Hello Friends! A major update to OS X generally means that many of the apps included with the operating system also get major updates or at least the biggest updates they’re likely to get until the next major operating-system release. In OS X Yosemite, due this fall, several major Apple apps have received upgrades both big and small. I’ve been using a pre-release version of Yosemite for the past month and have had a chance to spend a little time with Mail, Messages, and Calendar. Here’s a look at what’s new.

OS X FEATURES:

Apple’s Mail app is currently in a good place. I’m using it every day and it’s been working fine for me. Still, I was reluctant to test an early version of Mail on Yosemite with my real mailboxes. As a result, I can’t testify yet about any potential compatibility issues between Mail and either my personal Gmail inbox or my work’s Office 365 mail. Show/Hide toggle that displays the mailbox list is now more properly labeled Mailboxes Mail looks much the same as it did in Mavericks. But this is not to say that there aren’t some major new feature additions.

 mail maildrop

Feature I really like is Mail Drop, which eliminates the problem of emailing large file attachments. As someone who produces more than a few podcasts, I run into the issue of not being able to attach large files to email messages (the server rejects them) all the time. For years there have been workarounds, largely involving uploading a file to a remote file-sharing service of some sort and pasting in a link. Yosemite, that entire procedure is baked in to Mail and it’s all stuff that happens behind the scenes. If you want to attach a large file to a message, just drag it in and send away. Mail will upload the file to a temporary holding bin on Apple’s servers, where it will remain for 30 days. Then the attachment is replaced in your email message with a download link to the file. (If your recipient is using Yosemite, Mail will just download the large file automatically, as if it had been attached to the message.

Apple feature, eliminating a common headache without forcing the user to change their behavior at all. I don’t mind using Dropbox to exchange files with friends, but it’s a multi-step workaround and this is as simple and direct as it gets.Another interesting idea added to Mail this time around is a feature called Markup, which allows you to add simple annotations to images and PDFs from directly within a Mail window. Here’s how it works: You click on a file and an icon appears in the top-left corner of the file’s preview. Click it and select Markup, and the item zooms out, with a toolbar appearing directly above the item.

                         markup

Extensions technology that’s debuting in both Yosemite and iOS 8, in which code from an entirely separate application can appear inside another app’s window. In this case, Apple’s written a Markup extension that lets you draw lines, shapes, text, and more on PDFs and images. You can stick your signature on PDFs without ever leaving Mail. It’s a pretty clever idea.Unfortunately, I’m not thrilled about the implementation. Marking up a file really does feel like you’re using a different program entirely but one without keyboard shortcuts or a menu bar. I kept pressing Command-Z in order to undo mistakes I made in Markup, and it did nothing. The Markup controls are pretty simple they feel more like an iOS app than a part of Mail, to be honest but they definitely did the job once I got the hang of them.

OS X FEATURES:

MESSAGES:

Messages, Apple’s go-to app for iMessage and miscellaneous other chat services (that’s clearly the order of priority), gets a bunch of new upgrades in Yosemite that serve to enhance your conversations, so long as everyone is using iMessage. (Those miscellaneous other chat services are still supported, it’s just that support for them appears to have been frozen in amber for several updates. If you truly love IM like many of my friends do, you’d probably be better off using an app such as  for those services, and keep iChat focused on iMessage.

CALENDER:

Apple’s Calendar app hasn’t undergone as many changes in Yosemite, but there are a few worth noting. When you create a new event, it attempts to learn from previous events you’ve created and tries to autocomplete your event with likely dates and even attendees—if you often create a “Lunch with Jim” event on Tuesdays at 12:30, and you type “Lunch,” Calendar will suggest Lunch with Jim, at 12:30, with Jim invited.

The Day view has been overhauled. It’s still a two-pane view, but instead of the (fairly redundant) two daily schedule panes found in Mavericks, it’s a single schedule pane and an inspector pane that shows you all the details of a selected calendar event. If you create a new event in this view, the inspector pane is where you enter in all the calendar information. It beats the cramped space in the floating inspector palette.
